LVIP Media Release Agreement
1. Grant of Rights: I hereby grant to the LVIP Improv Group and the LVIP Tribute Website (the "Releasees"), their successors, licensees, and assigns, the irrevocable right and permission to use, publish, and display my photograph, video recordings, image, and voice (collectively, "Media") captured during my participation in LVIP events, classes, and performances. This includes, but is not limited to, use in promotional materials, websites, social media, and digital archives, without any compensation to me.
2. Ownership: I understand that all Media and the digital files thereof shall be the exclusive property of the Releasees.
3. Waiver of Claims: I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the use to which it may be applied. I release and discharge the Releasees from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the Media, including any claims for defamation or invasion of privacy.
4. Consent: I warrant that I am over 18 years of age (or have had my legal guardian sign below) and have the full right to contract in my own name concerning the Media. I have read this release and fully understand its terms.
5. Digital Signature: By typing my name below and clicking the consent box, I acknowledge that this serves as a valid digital signature.
